We offer 2 shopping options. 1. Build-a-box subscription, or 2. Shop from the online store. (Don't worry, you can do both).

1. Build-A-Box Option.

Choose this option from the top bar or button on home page. Select the box size that suits your needs.

Build your own box by choosing the items you want.

Select how often you want to receive your box - once off, every week or every two weeks.

Head to the online store to add extra items like milk, bread, and grocery before checking out.

Enter your delivery suburb and choose which eligible day to receive delivery.

Our delivery partner will deliver direct to your doorstep.

We deliver to the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Mount Tambourine and surrounds. If you live outside these areas, let us know your email and postcode below and we will be in contact.

2. Shop our online store.

Browse categories and add items to your cart.

Couple with a build-a-box subscription or check out as a single sale.

Enter your delivery suburb and choose which eligible day to receive delivery. Our delivery partner will deliver direct to your doorstep.

3. Bulk & Box Orders

If you're interested in ordering items in bulk or by the box (e.g. apples in a 9kg box), please get in touch with us. We’re happy to provide a custom quote based on the quantity purchased and will always aim to offer the best possible price.

Delivery fees will be included in your quote; however, we may reduce or waive the fee if you have an existing online order scheduled for delivery on the same day.

Build-A-Box notes:

The available items in the build-a-box option are updated weekly to offer you variety each week. Due to this, any boxes ordered between Wednesday - Friday may show some items that are no longer available for the following week. If this affects your order, we will contact you via email or phone. Currently, the cut off for changing your build-a-box order is 12pm two days before your delivery day i.e. if you have requested your delivery on a Thursday, your cut off time to make changes is Tuesday 12pm.

On Saturday morning, the build-a-box items will be updated and an email will be sent to all customers with active subscriptions so you can update your box with your selection. Any boxes that have not been updated by the cut off time, will be packed with the default list contained within the email. You can pause or cancel your subscription box by updating your preference through the member portal or by contacting us.
