Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our fresh produce subscription service! We’re committed to delivering the freshest certified organic produce and grocery goods straight to your door on time and in top condition.

Order Cut-Off Time

All orders must be placed by Tuesday at 8:00 PM (local time) to be included in the same week’s delivery schedule. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery the following week.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made on scheduled days between Thursday and Sunday, depending on your location. Your specific delivery day will be confirmed in your order confirmation email and can also be found in your customer portal.

Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to select regions. To check if we deliver to your area, please enter your postcode.

Delivery Instructions

Please provide any special instructions (e.g., gate codes, safe drop-off locations) at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.  We are unable to enter any properties with loose dogs. If we are unsure if your dog is secure, we will not enter the property.

Missed Deliveries

If we’re unable to deliver due to incorrect address information or inaccessible delivery locations, your box will be returned and no refund will be issued. Please double-check your details before submitting your order. If you are unsure, contact us so we can help.
