1. Eligibility to Use Our Services

To place an order or create an account, you must be:

  • Β At least 18 years old, or
  • Using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and Availability

We offer:

  • Subscription Boxes: Regular (weekly or fortnightly) curated boxes of seasonal, fresh produce.
  • One-Time Purchases: Fruit and veg and other items available for individual sale without commitment.

All produce is subject to seasonal availability. We may substitute items with similar products of equal or greater value when necessary.


3. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions automatically renew according to your selected delivery frequency.
  • You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime via your online account.
  • To avoid being charged, any changes must be made at leastΒ 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

You will receive a reminder email before each billing cycle.


5. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, where applicable.
  • We accept payments via secure third-party payment processors (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Subscription payments are charged automatically before each scheduled delivery.

By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method.


6. Delivery

  • We deliver to selected areas. Please check our postcode checker on the website to confirm availability in your area.
  • Deliveries are made on set days depending on your location. Delivery day and time will be confirmed at checkout or via email.
  • If you're not home, we'll follow your delivery instructions or leave the box in a safe place.
  • We can not enter any property with a loose dog

Note: Risk passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for damage or spoilage if delivery instructions are unclear or unsafe.


7. Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements

  • You may cancel a one-time order up until the cut off time for the scheduled delivery date (for example, 12pm Monday for a Wednesday delivery).Β  For delivery date cut off times, refer to our Delivery Areas page.Β 
  • Subscription changes or cancellations must be made at leastΒ 48 hours before your next billing cycle.

We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products.

However, if your box:

  • Arrives damaged,
  • Is missing items, or
  • Contains spoiled produce,

please contact us within 48Β hours of delivery with a photo and description. We'll happily arrange a refund, credit, or replacement.


8. Order Amendments

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order.

You may request amendments to your order up until the delivery cut-off time, which is 12pm two days prior to your scheduled delivery day (for example, 12pm Monday for a Wednesday delivery).

Before this cut-off, you are welcome to:

  • Add or remove products from your order
  • Adjust quantities
  • Substitute items with alternatives of your choice

If an amendment results in a price difference, we will issue an invoice for the payable amount, which must be paid via our website prior to dispatch.

After the delivery cut-off time has passed, orders are locked in and no further amendments can be made, as they have already been sent to our packing and delivery partners.


9. All About The Friends Program

Our All About The Friends program is our way of saying thanks for spreading the word.
Please read the following terms carefully.

How it works

  • New customers referred by an existing customer will receive $10 off their first order using the referrer’s unique discount code.
  • For each successful referral, the referring customer will receive a $10 account credit.
  • A referral is considered successfulΒ once the referred friend places and completes an order using the unique discount code.
  • A unique discount code will be added to your account after you've placed your first order.Β  If you have not yet received a code and would like to take part of the All About The Friends Program, please send an email to info@aatborganics.com.au to let us know.Β 

Account credit

  • The $10 credit is manually added to the referrer’s account after the referred friend’s order is confirmed.
  • Credits areΒ not applied automatically at checkout.
  • Credits can be used on future orders only andΒ cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • CreditsΒ cannot be transferred to another customer.

Referral eligibility

  • The referral discount applies only to new customers (customers who have not previously placed an order and from an ).
  • Referred customers must have aΒ unique delivery address. Referrals from the same household or delivery address as the referrer are not eligible.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted.
  • Each referred friend may only use the referral code once.
  • The referrer may share their unique discount code with as many friends as they like.

Discount usage

  • The referral discount must be entered at checkout by the referred friend to be valid.
  • Referral discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, unless otherwise stated.
  • If an order using a referral code is cancelled or refunded, the associated referral credit will not be issued or may be removed.

General conditions

  • We reserve the right to review, refuse, or remove referral credits where misuse, fraud, or abuse of the program is suspected.
  • We may modify, pause, or end the Refer a Friend program at any time without notice.
  • Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10.Β Allergy and Food Safety Disclaimer

While we take care when packing, we cannot guarantee that products have not been exposed to allergens.Β  We do not take responsibility for dietary information printed on pre-packaged goods.


11. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
  • Notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account

12. Intellectual Property

All website content – including logos, photos, graphics, text, and layout – is the property of All About The Box OrganicsΒ or its licensors and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use any part of the site without written permission.


13.Β Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.
  • Variations in the appearance or condition of produce are natural and not considered defects.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected. If an item has a major fault, you're entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.


14.Β Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.


15.Β Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
