This 500g bag contains the thicker, more satisfying version of the classic round noodle. Made with 100% Organic durum wheat and processed using traditional bronze dies, the spaghettoni develops a porous exterior that ensures your sauce clings beautifully.

The Perfect Pairing:

  • Hearty Ragus: The thick noodle stands up perfectly to slow-cooked meat sauces and heavy vegetables.

  • Seafood: A brilliant choice for light, oil-based seafood sauces that require a pasta capable of absorbing flavour without getting lost.

  • Simple Classics: Excellent with Aglio e Olio (garlic and oil) or a rich pesto, where the pasta's flavour and texture can truly shine.

Cooking Instructions (Al Dente):

  1. Bring 4-5L of water to a rolling boil. Add salt generously.

  2. Add the Spaghettoni and stir gently.

  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until al dente (firm to the bite). Due to their thickness, Spaghettoni requires slightly longer cooking than standard spaghetti.

  4. Drain immediately, reserving some pasta water, and toss with your favorite sauce.
